We recently received news that we have earned the prestigious HubSpot Onboarding Accreditation - making us one of only 12 partners in Australia to do so!
Through this rigorous process, our team proved their skills in onboarding HubSpot for our clients.
What is the HubSpot Onboarding Accreditation
HubSpot recently announced a new accreditation program, as an opportunity for partners to demonstrate their expertise in various areas of HubSpot. The credentials validate the skills and experience partners have earned throughout their journey with HubSpot.
The purpose of the Onboarding Accreditation is to demonstrate that we have first-hand experience in successfully onboarding new HubSpot customers onto the platform. It recognises partners who are applying HubSpot’s “objective-based onboarding” to its customers, setting them up for a successful journey with their new CRM.
HubSpot Channel Account Manager, Kaan Kural, works with and supports partners like ourselves to ensure we can continue to deliver for our customers.
“HubSpot accreditations are awarded to a selected number of partners that delivered exceptional work at the highest level of quality and service to our customers. The selection process is quite rigorous and I am delighted to see ALYKA as one of the partners who has achieved this in the APAC region. This is a stamp of approval for the high-quality work they continuously deliver for our customers.”
What does it mean for our clients?
Earning the accreditation ultimately means a better experience for our clients.
Going through the process to obtain the accreditation was a great way for our team to look back on the range of projects we have worked on to date. We have vast experience onboarding a range of clients, each with different technical challenges that we’ve resolved, with HubSpot being part of the solution. Now being recognised as a HubSpot onboarding specialist, reaffirms the high level of technical implementation and support that we’ve always provided.
Being an accredited partner also gives us access to new program launches, as well as invitations to new product betas, meaning our clients can experience new product features before they become publicly available.
Earning the accreditation was no mean feat. Read on to hear about the process involved in becoming one of only 12 partners to receive the accreditation.
The requirements necessary to obtain the accreditation
The accreditation process is only available to solutions partners who meet certain criteria. Firsty, partners must sit within HubSpot’s top-tiers, being platinum, diamond or elite. We were recognised as WA’s only Diamond Solutions Partner back in 2021.
Next, we had to be experienced in implementing the HubSpot to Salesforce connector, and then finally, at least three members of our team had to have the following certifications:
- Marketing Hub Implementation
- Sales Hub Implementation
- Marketing Hub Software
- Sales Hub Software
- Service Hub Software
- Platform Consulting
- Data Integrations
- Salesforce Integrations
- Objective-Based Onboarding
- HubSpot Reporting.
Meeting these prerequisites demonstrates our high level of expertise in HubSpot, and it is only after fulfilling them that we could begin the rigorous process for the accreditation.
The process
The process consisted of two rounds. The first round involved submitting our work with clients in onboarding. The projects were then reviewed by the HubSpot team to determine if we’d progress to round two. For round two, we prepared and uploaded a video reviewing our experience in client onboarding, showcasing our skills along with the outcome of the project.
The outcome
After much anticipation, we were stoked to hear that our submission had been successful! A huge congratulations to our team for being selected as WA’s only agency to meet the criteria and receive the accreditation. We look forward to onboarding more HubSpot clients and providing them with the enhanced experience that comes with our accreditation.
